We're looking for a driven individual who would be at home both communicating with both non-technical customers and technical internal stakeholders alike. In this role, you will be responsible for representing the voice of the customer to our product team and have a direct hand in shaping the kinds of features that we build in accordance with customer feedback.
As a Customer Advocate, you’ll…
Represent the voice of the customer on the product team
Become a subject matter expert on how the PowerTrade app and its backend are put together
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to imagine the future and create innovative products for traders
Answer inbound email and live chat queries regarding PowerTrade, and our products and services
Perform customer support and basic technical support in response to escalations pertaining to PowerTrade products and services
Work with other groups in the company to identify and deliver solutions to customer pain
Create and maintain knowledge articles in the knowledge base
Collate and make sense of customer support data to identify emerging trends and issues
